You design your individual theme-path with assistance from our team of experts. A theme path consists of 24 training sessions. Here is an excerpt from currently more than 270 different topics:

How it works

The moderators receive everything they need for a successful and motivating training via our welearning platform. In each training session, the welearning teams watch a short video, complete an active part, and implement their learnings into practice with realizable tips and a concrete to-do.
