Myriam Grau

Project manager and BOOST trainer

Myriam Grau is a trained hotel manager and discovered her passion for service and hospitality at the Steigenberger Parkhotel in Düsseldorf. Her path has already led her into the international hotel industry, including in Switzerland and the Maldives. She consolidates this experience with her degree in Business Management with a focus on tourism and hotel and event management. With a lot of heart and soul, Myriam devotes herself to the topic of gastronomy, which prompted her to do an apprenticeship as an IHK-certified sommelier. With her enthusiasm and her open and communicative nature, she actively supports us in the implementation of various projects and always has an open ear for our partners and customers. Outside the forwardservice office, she enthusiastically swings the cooking spoon, enjoys a glass of wine with good friends, and works out through beach volleyball by the lake.

Barbara Schöffel

Project manager for the sisi-Index D-A-CH and BOOST trainer

Barbara Schöffel is based in Salzburg and is the ideal Austrian addition to our team. She studied French, philosophy, and psychology, worked for international companies, and was a product manager for management seminars in Vienna. Barbara is a real doer and loves to structure processes, organize tasks, and contribute her creativity – the perfect prerequisite for a business manager and working mum. Whether playing the clarinet or singing in a choir, making music is her constant companion in life. She has traveled to almost every corner of France and loves the “art de vivre” – the cuisine, the language, and the diversity of the country. Her two boys bring a lot of exercise into the family free time – for example, bringing the family together for hikes in the Salzburg mountains. And she’s always in a good mood!

Committed and enthusiastic to take on new challenges, she is delighted to be a part of the team at forwardservice. In her free time, she likes to go to the cinema, try new recipes, and loves to read. As an American, she is very passionate about American football, and we learn many new perspectives from her.

Denisa Abdul

After graduating from high school, Denisa worked on a voluntary basis as a learning coach for gifted children and young people. This commitment brought her great joy, and she took a lot with her for life. After two years of volunteering and some research, she knew the marketing industry was for her. With her training as a marketing communication clerk, she wants to broaden her horizons and lay the foundation for her future in marketing. Denisa is a communication talent and actively supports our team. In her private life, Denisa likes to read books and lets herself be inspired by upbeat music. She loves to draw and is interested in all kinds of art – especially abstract works. Denisa finds relaxation in the virtual world of video games.

Nils Macvan

Trainee for communication and marketing

After graduating from high school in 2020, he discovered his enthusiasm for the marketing world. One of his talents is his understanding of numbers, which he brought directly into our forwardservice motivational report. In his free time, Nils is involved in a variety of social projects. In his federal volunteer service, he supported elementary school children between the ages of six and seven in everyday school life and looked after them in their daily activities. Nils enjoyed working with children so much that he has been training a youth football team on a voluntary basis ever since. As an active soccer player, he has been very successful on the pitch since he was a child. At the age of twelve he played for Fortuna Düsseldorf for two years and for four more years for Borussia Mönchengladbach. Nils is a real team player and almost always on the move in a sporty way. If he does have a few free hours, he likes to spend them with Netflix and delicious cookies.
