In interactive and practical training sessions of 30 minutes each, we strengthen the common service approach. With a video, an activity to deepen the content, practical tips and a concrete to-do, we create motivation and knowledge impulses for implementation in everyday life. BOOST combines the benefits of e-learning with the unbeatable advantages of learning in a team. Whether while working at home, in the office, or on the road – from one location or many locations: everyone can participate from anywhere.

How it works
In consultation with you, we create an individualized theme path for the learning group and set the training dates. From there, we organize the rest. The process is so easy that you can start within a few days. Your employees simply dial in at a fixed time. What do you need for this? A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. And if possible, a camera. For each module, the learners receive a learning video and all training documents in advance. What do participants experience in BOOST? A motivating LIVE session including practical exercises, immediately implementable tips, and a valuable exchange with other colleagues.
