We usually deliver this programme in combination with a forwardservice programme or an event. The scope and content therefore depend heavily on the intended role of the facilitators. This can range from a half-day briefing to a multi-day intensive programme including video coaching.
The goal is always the same: everyone should feel confident, well prepared and genuinely excited about their role. These are the prerequisites for colleagues to participate with motivation and to appreciate peer engagement.
