Once you’ve had a taste, you want more. More customer focus, more tools, more AHA moments. That’s exactly what 2.0 delivers – for all the “lighthouses” who were already part of the first round. One thing remains unchanged: zero dry theory. Instead, smart impulses, strong routines and really good communication.

In the Service Coach Development Programme 1.0, participants learn everything a Service Coach needs to sustainably move teams forward when it comes to service within the organisation. 2.0 provides the lever to close the well-known gap between theory and practice.

What helps close that gap? Nudging, role models and facts. Sounds simple – but it isn’t.

In times of skills shortages and growing sensitivity, organisations won’t get far with mindfulness slogans and fruit baskets alone. Behavioural psychology is the intervention that turns “could do” into “actually does”. That is exactly what Service Coaches learn in Development Programme 2.0 – for more motivation, more openness and more service across the organisation. And to finally close the gap between ambition and reality.

Part B: Practical phase including 2 blended learning sessions (45 minutes each)
Part C: 02 / 03 June 2026

Teil C in Präsenz in Düsseldorf – am ersten Tag von 10 – 17 Uhr und am zweiten Tag von 9 – 16 Uhr.
