Our open Service Coach development programme turns your employees into internal ambassadors for service quality. Throughout the programme, we deepen the core principles of excellent service and provide relevant service tools – from activities that strengthen service spirit to effective techniques for handling feedback.

Participants support teams in their day-to-day work, coach colleagues and provide guidance in challenging situations. With hands-on methods and targeted reflection exercises, they strengthen mindset, team spirit and implementation capability – from within the organisation. We show your employees how to create real impact in their role.

The format

  • Part A: 2 digital workshops, 3.5 hours each – interactive and hands-on
  • Part B: 3-month practical phase with blended learning elements
  • Part C: 2 on-site days – practical reflection, training, review and a method toolkit for implementation

Spring 2026:

  1. Part A: 10 / 11 March 2026
    Part C: 09 / 10 June 2026

Autumn 2026:

  1. Part A: 08 / 09 September 2026
    Part C: 12 / 13 January 2027
  2. Part A: 15 / 16 September 2026
    Part C: 19 / 20 January 2027

Part A always takes place from 9:00 to 12:30.
Part C runs from 10:00 to 17:00 on the first day and 9:00 to 16:00 on the second day.
