Project Manager Learning & Development (m/w/d)

Who are we looking for?

As a Project Manager, you are part of our client projects and bring them to life together with our clients and the forwardservice team. You see yourself as a Customer Happiness Manager and contribute your ideas both conceptually and didactically.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships and supporting the implementation of client projects
  • Designing learning journeys, supporting sales-related initiatives, and handling project management tasks
  • Facilitating short training sessions and workshops — both digital and on-site
  • Strong focus on training, development, and direct client interaction
You’re a great fit if
  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, e.g. in tourism or event management, business psychology, education, or a related field, and have several years of professional experience
  • You are a strong communicator — verbally and in writing
  • You think commercially and drive projects forward in a reliable, client-oriented way
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and bring a hands-on mentality
  • You are passionate about people, learning design, service, and professional development
  • You enjoy growing, contributing ideas, and actively shaping things
  • You think creatively and take responsibility
  • You have excellent German skills, speak English, and are confident using MS Office
  • You are looking for an exciting full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and from our office in the heart of Düsseldorf

Team Assistant and Office Management (m/f/d)

As a Team Assistant and Office Manager, you are the heart of our team. You keep things running smoothly, take work off our hands – and bring a strong service mindset into the office with your organizational skills, communication strength and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities
  • Office organization: handling orders, invoices and general office requirements
  • Communication & coordination: meeting coordination, team alignment
  • Project support: team support – from preparation to follow-up
  • Appointment management: planning and organizing appointments, meetings and events
You’re a great fit for us because
  • You are strong in communication – both written and verbal
  • You are reliable, well organized, work independently and have a quick grasp of things
  • You enjoy developing yourself, thinking along and contributing ideas
  • You have solid PC and basic IT skills and feel comfortable working digitally – without needing to be a full expert 😉
  • You are looking for an exciting role of 20–25 hours per week
  • You enjoy working in a team and in our office in Düsseldorf
