What forwardservice does
In an on-site check – either mystery or open – we experience your company from the customer’s perspective. Using objective criteria and our method, the Customer WOW! Map©, we assess defined touchpoints, document the customer journey as it is actually experienced, and identify key areas for action.
You receive a detailed analysis and documentation of the service experience from the customer’s point of view. In a follow-up review meeting – either digital or in person at your location or ours – we walk through the insights together. We provide practical, immediately actionable recommendations and point out concrete implementation opportunities and priorities.
